Purple Heart Definitive Stamp

In the article "Stamp Announcement 06-22: Purple Heart Definitive Stamp," in Postal Bulletin 22178, (4-13-06, pages 59-60), the technical details table incorrectly lists the first day city as Washington, DC. The first day city is Arlington, VA.

The article also gave an incorrect address for obtaining first day of issue postmarks. The correct address is as follows:
