DMM REVISION
Methods of Filing Change-of-Address Orders
Effective October 12, 2006, we are revising the Mailing
Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic
Mail Manual (DMM) to allow the Postal ServiceTM to expand its method of accepting change-of-address orders.
This change is necessary due to technological advancements in the Postal Automation Redirection System
(PARS).

a. Mail or submit Form 3575 or other written notice to
any post office, or as otherwise directed by the Postal
Service.

and into the next printed edition of the DMM.
