New Touch Tone Order Entry System Upgrade and Telephone Number

Effective September 29, 2006, there are new changes to the touch tone order entry (TTOE) system. The new TTOE system will be consolidated with the St. Louis Accounting Service Center Call Center and will use up-to-date universal telecommunications standards and system fault tolerance and will improve service and simplify support.

Due to this upgrade, callers must use a new number to order materials: 800-273-1509. In addition, callers will now use the "pound" (#) key instead of the "star" (*) key to complete data input entries.

Note: Continue to use 800-332-0317 for emergency orders, order status, item information, and customer service assistance. The telephone number change is only for standard orders placed through TTOE. If you are a registered TTOE user you do not need to register to use the new system.
