ASM REVISION

Mailgram Service Discontinued

Effective immediately, Administrative Support Manual 13, July 1999, is revised to delete references to mailgram service, which was terminated on August 17, 2006, by mutual agreement between the Postal Service™ and Western Union because Western Union no longer issues telegrams.
