Reporting Violations
Effective immediately, Employee and Labor Relations
Manual (ELM) 665.14, Reporting Violations, is revised to
reflect the requirement to report alleged violations of Postal
ServiceTM laws and employee misconduct, including theft of
mail, to the Office of Inspector General.

All allegations of violations of Postal Service laws or misconduct by Postal Service employees, including mail theft,
must be reported immediately to the Office of Inspector
General.
