HANDBOOK PO-102 REVISION

Security While Servicing Equipment

Effective December 21, 2006, Handbook PO-102, Self Service Vending Operational and Marketing Program, is revised to clarify how Postal ServiceTM funds are to be handled during equipment servicing. Section 151.41 of Handbook F-1, Post Office Accounting Procedures, also addresses this issue.

***Postal Service funds may not be loaned, used, or exchanged for other funds, which means you may not make change for Postal Service employees, including any supervisor. Postal Service funds must be kept separate from all personal funds.***
