ASM REVISION
Designation of Functions
Effective immediately, Administrative Support Manual
(ASM) 211.13 and Exhibit 211, both entitled Designation of
Functions, are deleted. Subsection 211.14, Federal Laws
and Postal Regulations, is renumbered 211.13, and paragraphs 211.141 and 211.142 are renumbered 211.131 and
211.132, respectively.
