In the article "Stamp Announcement 07-01: International Polar Year 2007-2008 Souvenir Sheet" in Postal Bulletin 22198 (1-18-07, pages 94-95), the technical details table incorrectly lists the print quantity as 4 billion stamps. The print quantity is 4 million stamps.
