Tiffany Lamp Stamp
The Postal ServiceTM will issue a 1-cent Tiffany Lamp definitive stamp in one design in a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) pane of 20 stamps (Item 104100), on March 16,
2007, at the American Stamp Dealers Association Mega
Show at Madison Square Garden, in New York, New York.
The stamp will also go on sale nationwide on
March 16, 2007.
This stamp was previously issued on March 1, 2003, in a
water-activated gum coil of 3,000 stamps, and was printed
by Sennett Security Products.
How to Order First Day of Issue Postmark
Customers have 60 days to obtain the first day of issue
postmark by mail. They may purchase new stamps at their
local Post OfficeTM, by telephone at 800-STAMP-24, or at
The Postal Store® Web site at www.usps.com/shop. They
should affix the stamps to envelopes of their choice, address the envelopes (to themselves or others), and place
them in a larger envelope addressed to:

After applying the first day of issue postmark, the Postal
Service will return the envelopes through the mail. There is
no charge for the postmark. All orders must be postmarked
by May 15, 2007.

Philatelic Products
There is one philatelic product available for this stamp
issue: Item 104161: First Day Cover, $0.78.
Distribution: Item 104100, 1-cent Tiffany Lamp, PSA Pane of 20 Stamps
All stamp distribution offices (SDOs) will receive an automatic distribution of Item 100410, 1-cent Tiffany Lamp, PSA pane of 20 stamps. Master carton size is 40,000
stamps.
Initial Supply to Post Offices
SDOs will not make a subsequent automatic distribution to Post Offices. To obtain an initial supply of this 1-cent
definitive stamp, all Post Offices must immediately submit a
separate PS Form 17, Stamp Requisition/Stamp Return, to
their designated SDO. SDOs must not distribute these
stamps to Post Offices before March 9, 2007.
Philatelic Requirement
Philatelic centers must be supplied their required quantities from the initial automatic distribution made to SDOs.
Additional Supply
Post Offices requiring additional Item 104100 must requisition them from their designated SDO using PS Form 17.
SDOs will receive additional automatic distributions of
Item 104100 and accountable paper depositories will also
receive additional quantities for supplemental ordering by
SDOs.
