For the third straight year, Americans rated USPS as the number one agency they trust to protect their privacy, according to a new study by the Ponemon Institute. Not only did the Postal Service retain the top spot in the survey, but its rating actually increased while most federal agencies saw their scores drop.
“For more than two centuries, the Postal Service has honored its fundamental commitment to protect the privacy and security of customers’ personal information,” said USPS Vice President and Consumer Advocate Delores Killette.
