Correction: Stamp Stock Revaluation Instructions

This article corrects the article “Stamp Stock Revalua­tion Instructions,” in Postal Bulletin 22203a (4-6-07, page 11). Effective May 14, 2007, due to the rate increase only the value of the Breast Cancer Research semipostal stamps and nonprofit and bulk rate stamped envelopes will be revalued. Regular stamped envelopes with the new rate will be available for sale; no revaluation of regular stamped envelopes is required. Regular stamped envelopes with the old rate must be returned to the stamp distribution office and/or stamp services center.
