PS Form 5550, Express Mail Service Manifest System Application, Is Revised and Available Online

The revised PS Form 5550, Express Mail Service Mani­fest System Application, is available online.

PS Form 5550 is the application for the process of allowing a mailer to document postage and fees for all pieces in an Express Mail^® mailing (domestic or interna­tional) through the transmission of an electronic file to the Postal Service™. Postage for the manifest service is paid for through an Express Mail Corporate Account using the information in the mailer’s electronic file.

PS Form 5550 will no longer be available from the MDC. All previous editions of the form are outdated and should be recycled.

PS Form 5550 is available on the Postal Service PolicyNet Web site:

• Go to http://blue.usps.gov.
• Under “Essential Links” in the left-hand column, click on References.
• Click on Forms.
