The new label issued by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and Retail Marketing for retail entrances, Label 120, Security Alarm Warning, is now in stock at the Topeka Material Distribution Center (MDC).
For Post Offices™ with windows adjacent to retail lobby entry doors, place Label 120 at eye level on the right-side window of customer entrances. If this is not possible, place the label at the bottom left of the main entrance door. Do not display Label 120 anywhere else in the Post Office. For offices with multiple retail entrances, order additional copies of Label 120 and display the label at each entrance.
To order additional labels, call the Topeka MDC’s touch-tone order entry (TTOE) system at 800-273-1509. Enter your 10-digit access code, your FEDSTRIP number, the postal stocking number (PSIN) 7690-10-000-0803, and the quantity you need.
If your Post Office is not registered to use TTOE, call 800-382-0317, and select option 1, extension 2925, and follow the prompts to leave a message. You must wait 48 hours after registering for TTOE before you can access this service.
