IMM Revision: Global Express Guaranteed Rate Groups

Effective October 11, 2007, we are revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM^®) section 213.2 to reflect the current Global Express Guaranteed^® (GXG^®) rate group for each country. (The rate groups were effective May 14, 2007, as noted in the April 4, 2007, Federal Register notice.)
