We have revised Publication 164, Compensation, Relocation, and Reinstatement Policies for Career Employees in Transition: Q’s and A’s. This publication provides information about policies regarding benefits for career Postal Service™ employees who are relocat­ing, retiring, transferring to another federal agency, or being reinstated or rehired by the Postal Service. In a question-and-answer format, Publication 164 addresses topics such as the following:
