Publication 205 Revision: New Rate Ingredients for Priority Mail Large Flat-Rate Boxes

Effective March 3, 2008, we are revising the following sections in Publication 205, Electronic Verification System Business and Technical Guide, to provide the rate ingredients for parcel mailers and shippers to manifest the new Priority Mail® Large Flat-Rate Box and the new Priority Mail Military Flat-Rate Box using the Electronic Verification System (eVS).
