Management Instructions

New Management Instruction: Cellular Services

Management Instruction (MI) AS-873-2008-1, Cellular Services, is now available and is effective immediately. The MI establishes the policies and procedures regarding the acquisition and use of cellular services and devices by Postal Service™ employees and contractors. This new MI provides process and supporting documentation to ensure the proper management and operation of cellular services.
