Q. What special military mail services are generally available?
A. Most USPS special services, such as Certified Mail™, Registered Mail™, insured mail, certificate of mailing, return receipt, restricted delivery, and return receipt for merchandise, are available in the military postal service. Delivery Confirmation is also available except for mail addressed to restricted APO/FPO destinations. Collect on delivery (COD) service is not available.
