Effective May 12, 2008, we are revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reflect the new mailing standards and prices approved by the Board of Governors.
The Postal Service™ adjusted prices for mailing services and shipping services consistent with the Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act. The filed Federal Register Notices for changes in mailing standards are posted on the Postal Explorer® Web site at http://pe.usps.com under the following titles:
The expansion of the current five country price groups for First-Class Mail International service and airmail M-bags to nine. This aligns the country price groups for First-Class Mail International service with those for Express Mail International® and Priority Mail International™ services.
