Label 11-HFPU, Express Mail Hold for Pick Up.

On June 2, 2008, all Post Offices™ will begin to receive an automatic shipment of 50 of the new Label 11-HFPU, Express Mail Hold For Pick Up, that will be replacing the Express Mail Label 11A, Next Day Post Office to Post Office Label. Post Offices should continue to use the existing Label 11A until June 16, 2008, when it will become obsolete. After June 16, 2008, and when Post Offices have received their shipment of the new Label 11-HFPU, they should destroy all existing stock of the Label 11A using municipal recycling programs wherever possible.

How to Order the New Label 11-HFPU after June 9, 2008

Post Offices that have access to eBuy should order their supplies at https://ebuy.usps.gov.

Post Offices that do not have access to eBuy should contact the Material Distribution Center (MDC) for ordering their supplies at 1-800-273-1509. Post Offices may order these EPS supplies beginning June 9, 2008, via touch-tone order entry (TTOE). Before ordering on TTOE, you must be registered. If you are not registered, call 800-332-0317, select option 1, extension 2925, and follow the prompts to leave a message. (You must wait 48 hours after registering before placing your first order).
