Sony Digital Passport System $50 Rebate Offer

For a limited time, Sony Electronics Incorporated is offering the Postal Service™ a $50 mail-in rebate on the purchase of a new Sony UPX-C200/20 Digital Passport System with the trade-in of an existing passport camera system.

The offer only applies to systems purchased from the Material Distribution Center (MDC). Upon receipt of the new Sony system from the MDC, postal personnel may log on to www.sony.com/uspspassport/rebate and complete the required fields:

• End user information.
• Model and serial number of trade-in passport system.
• Invoice number — Use MDC shipping order document (SOD).
• Online pre-qualification form — Print and mail along with a copy of the MDC shipping order document and the white barcoded inventory label (with PSN) from the outer Sony box to:

The postal facility will not be required to give up owner­ship of their trade-in system and may retain it for back-up purposes.

In addition, rebate instructions are also attached to each Sony system box prior to ship­ment from the MDC for your convenience.
