Rename UCC/EAN Code 128 Barcode to GS1-128 Barcode

The European Article Numbering (EAN) Association and the Uniform Code Council (UCC) has merged to form a new orga­nization called GS1. Due to this new organization, the industry standard terminology has changed, and the UCC/EAN Code 128 barcode is now referred to as the GS1-128 barcode. To reflect the new name, over time, we will incorporate this change in our manuals and publications by replacing all references to UCC/EAN 128 with GS1-128.
