ReadyPost Hotline Telephone Number Change

The ReadyPost hotline telephone number has changed to 800-332-0317, Option 2. This telephone number change is a cost-saving measure for the organization.

The ReadyPost hotline should be used for the following purposes:

• To report shipment overages and shortages.
• To report merchandise received with manufacturer defects.
• To make shipment inquiries (Non-POSR offices only).
• To place product orders (Offices without eBuy capa­bilities only).

Questions on POS issues, product auditing, merchan­dising, and customer special orders should be sent to your district retail office. Customer special orders must be sub­mitted to the district retail office first, before approval by the Headquarters ReadyPost Program Office.

The old hotline number (800-711-0428, option 7) will no longer be a valid telephone number for ReadyPost cus­tomer service.
