Correction: Interest Rate on Contract Claims

In the article “Interest Rate on Contract Claims”, in Postal Bulletin 22262 (7-2-09, page 61), the interest rate was incorrect. The correct interest rate effective for the 6–month period beginning July 2009 and ending December 2009 is 4 7/8 percent.
