Correction: Selection Process Revision in Handbook EL-312

The article, “Revision of Handbook EL-312: Section 743, Selection Process,” which appeared in Postal Bulletin 22263
(7-16-09, page 19), had incorrect information in a couple instances. The corrected information is given below.
