In the article “Stamp Announcement 09-25: Forever Stamped Envelope” in Postal Bulletin 222256 (4-9-09, pages 36–42), the technical details showed the envelopes were originally printed by Ashton Potter (USA) Ltd. (APU). National Envelope is now printing #10 Regular (Item 230500) and #10 Window (Item No. 230600) stamped envelopes by using flexography. These envelopes were issued on August 18, 2009, in Kansas City, Missouri.
