Effective immediately, Handbook F-101, Field Accounting Procedures, is revised. The October 2009 edition has been updated with Postal Bulletin revisions through October 22, 2009.
The October 2009 version of Handbook F-101 replaces all previous versions. Dispose of previous versions.
By following the standardized procedures contained in Handbook F-101 (October 2009), Postal Service™ employees can perform financial transactions efficiently while creating consistent and accurate financial data.
