IMM Revision: Singapore Sets New Maximum Insurance Coverage Limit for Priority Mail International Parcels

Effective February 1, 2010, the Postal Service™ is revis­ing Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reduce the maximum insurance coverage for Priority Mail International® parcels mailed to Singapore from $5,000 to $3,000, per the request of Singapore Post.

We will incorporate this revision into the next printed version of the IMM and into the monthly update of the online IMM, which is available via Postal Explorer® at http://pe.usps.com.
