Revised Poster 62, Achieving a Violence-Free Workplace Together

Poster 62, Achieving a Violence-Free Workplace Together, November 2009, has been completely revised. It is effective immediately and supersedes previous versions of Poster 62. Please recycle or destroy all previous versions of Poster 62.

The Postal Service’s Workplace Violence Prevention Program provides employees with information and resources regarding the proper violence prevention and response measures. To achieve a violence-free workplace, every employee, every day, must do his/her part by reporting all perceived acts of aggression, violence, or threats.

Poster 62 is one of many ways to inform employees about this program. The poster also draws attention to Publication 45, Achieving a Violence-Free Workplace Together, June 2009. For information about Publication 45, see Postal Bulletin 22268 (9-24-09, page 57).
