Since USPS® was able to maintain an online reservation adoption rate of 80 percent and above, the transaction fee for TripManager has dropped to $5.50 from $6.50, effective May 1st. This is in addition to the $2.00 decrease that the Postal Service™ was able to negotiate earlier this year.
The intervention fee charged by Omega (e.g., to fix an incorrect credit card number in a traveler’s profile) will increase by $1 to $13.50.
The transaction fee for a call-in reservation remains unchanged at $19.
