IMM Revision: New Maximum Insurance Coverage Limit for Global Express Guaranteed Service to Bhutan and Gambia

Effective October 4, 2010, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Ser­vice, International Mail Manual (IMM^®) to increase the max­imum insurance coverage for Global Express Guaranteed^® (GXG^®) shipments to Bhutan and Gambia to $2,499. Previ­ously, Bhutan’s insurance limit was $100.00, and Gambia’s limit was $1,000.00.
