Effective immediately, Employee and Labor Relations Manual (ELM) section 933, is revised to add the following:
n Shirt fabric (solid postal blue) to the Type 1 and Type 2 uniform.
n Battle Dress Utility Uniform (postal security dark blue) to the Type 4 uniform.
n Trousers (medical style, white or optional colored) to the Type 5 uniform for men.
n Pants (medical style, white or optional colored) to the Type 5 uniform for women.
