Effective December 22, 2010, the Postal Service™ revised its Postal Service Policy on Workplace Harassment (see pages 11–12). This policy incorporates recent developments in the law that make it clear that an employer’s anti-harassment policy should prohibit all forms harassment in violation of federal discriminations laws. It further reaffirms the Postal Service’s commitment to providing a work environment free of harassment.
