Effective February 7, 2011, we will revise Labeling List(s) L001, L002, L003, L005, L006, L007, L201, L606, and L607 of the Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®) to reflect changes in mail processing operations. Mailers are encouraged to label according to these revised lists immediately but must do so no later than April 23, 2011.
