Effective February 24, 2011, Handbook F-101, Field Accounting Procedures, is revised to allow the unit closeout employee the option of printing a preliminary PS Form 1412, Daily Financial Report, or viewing PS Form 1412 data on the POS System when verifying preliminary closeout reports.
