Correction: MILCOPEX Station Dates

In the article “Pictorial Postmarks” in Postal Bulletin 22319 (9-8-11, pages 66–72), the date listed for the Milcopex Station on page 72 was incorrect. The correct dates are September 16–18, 2011.
