Field Information Kit: USPS.com and USPS Mobile

The Postal Service™ launched its redesign of USPS.com® in July. The redesign included separating the eCommerce (transactional) website from the Corporate (About.usps.com) website. This change provides customers easy access to our most popular tools such as Track and Confirm, Schedule a Pickup, Calculate a Price, and Lookup a ZIP Code through “Quick Tools”, which are available from all eCommerce pages. The new website also includes a global navigation and a new “look and feel” to further improve the customer experience.

In addition, in October, USPS.com launched a new multilingual option in Spanish and Chinese to provide customers the ability to view pages and FAQs in their selected language. The Hold Mail, Redelivery, and PO Locator applications were redesigned to be more user friendly, and the “My Account” feature was enhanced to allow customers to review their global activity history.

The USPS® Mobile iPhone 3.0 application will be available soon and offers new features and enhancements for customers.
