Purchase Card Electronic Reconciliation Begins

Effective October 19, 2012, all Expense, Capital, Vehparts, Invparts, and R&D purchase card holders (CHs) and credit card approving officials (CCAOs) must use U.S. Bank Access Online to electronically reconcile their monthly purchase card statements. U.S. Bank https://wbt.access.usbank.com/ and the Purchasing Shared Services Center (PSSC) http://blue.usps.gov/purchase/operations/ops_impachome.htm are available to support the transition away from a paper-based reconciliation procedure to an online/electronic recon­ciliation procedure.

Over the past 2 months, the PSSC sent instructional emails addressed to all CHs and CCAOs explaining step-by-step how to log in and set up their account profile in U.S. Bank Access Online, and provided two step-by-step training webinars that explained and demonstrated the new CH and CCAO electronic reconciliation procedures. In addition, U.S. Bank and the PSSC will continue to provide ongoing and as-needed support to individual CHs and CCAOs as they complete their online reconciliations for the first time in fiscal year 2013.
