Effective December 1, 2012, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) section 123.3 to reflect the new address for the National Customer Support Center. Although this new information will be effective December 1, 2012, it will appear in the November 5, 2012, issue of the IMM.
