Department of Labor (DOL) Poster WH-1420, Employee Rights and Responsibilities under the Family and Medical Leave Act, dated February 2013, is a Federally Mandated posting in Headquarters Organizations as well as all offices nationwide. Offices must discard and recycle all previous versions of the poster and display the February 2013 version, by March 7, 2013.
