Correction: PS Form 17-G, Federal Agency Stamp Requisition

The article titled “Finance Penalty Mail Stamps” published in Postal Bulletin 22356 (2-7-13, pages 58–59) included an incorrect price and item number on the January 2013 version of PS Form 17-G, Federal Agency Stamp Requisition. The correct information is given below in bold.

For a box of #10 stamped envelopes the price is $249.10 and the item number is 231755.

We will incorporate this correction into PS Form 17-G, dated March 2013, available on the Postal Service™ PolicyNet website:

n Under "Essential Links" in the left-hand column, click PolicyNet.

n Click on Forms.
