Effective July 28, 2013, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) sections 232.122 and 252.22 to add an additional 15 countries for Electronic USPS® Delivery Confirmation™ International service. Previously, this service was available only to Canada.
Postal Bulletin 22326 (12-15-11, pages 54–63) included revisions that introduced Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International as an optional service to select destination countries at no charge through USPS-approved PC Postage® vendors, Click-N-Ship®, Click-N-Ship for Business®, Webtools, and Global Shipping Software (GSS) or other USPS-approved software. We also stated in that article that the Postal Service anticipated adding additional countries in 2013. The following new countries are added:
n Australia.
n Belgium.
n Brazil.
n Croatia.
n Denmark.
n France.
n Germany.
n Great Britain.
n Ireland.
n Israel.
n Netherlands.
n New Zealand.
n Spain.
n Sweden.
n Switzerland.
