In order to ensure completion of FY13 financials, there will be a freeze on FNCM requests that have to go through the F8 process from September 22 to October 23, 2013. 10-digit finance number requests will continue to be processed during the outage. However, requests for 6-digit finance number and GLA/AIC may be submitted, but will not be implemented until October 24, 2013, or later.
