In the edition of Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) published November 15, 2012, and in subsequent editions of the IMM through November 2013, many of the Individual Country Listings (ICLs) inadvertently contained incorrect information about the availability of Return Receipt service — many ICLs noted that Return Receipt service was “Available for Registered Mail only,” although for those countries, Return Receipt service is actually “Available for Registered Mail and insured Priority Mail International parcels only.”
Accordingly, effective with the IMM to be published on January 26, 2014, we are correcting the ICLs for the following countries to note that Return Receipt service is “Available for Registered Mail and insured Priority Mail International parcels only”:
