Invalid USPS Corporate Account Numbers

This listing should be provided to Contract Postal Units and used by acceptance clerks in non-POS locations with­out intranet access to validate a USPS Corporate Account (USPSCA) number online. For all other locations, online USPSCA validation is preferred. The online validation pro­cess is outlined in the USPSCA Validation SOP on the Retail webpage. This list supersedes all previous notices, which must be recycled. Acceptance clerks must not accept Priority Mail Express™ shipments bearing an invalid USPSCA number in the “Payment by Account” or “Agreement Number” section of the label or form.

Note: The first 6 digits of a 9-digit Custom Designed Service and Next Day Pickup Agreement make up the Corporate Account Number.
