In Postal Bulletin 22381 (1-23-14, page 49), Stamp Announcement 14-6: The Star Spangled Banner Stamp, Technical Details Table, for Ashton Potter’s coil of 100 stamps, the Print Quantity should be 1.5 billion stamps.

There is also a Special Dedication Postmark for The Star-Spangled Banner.

Only the following pictorial postmark is permitted for The Star-Spangled Banner stamp. The word “Station” or the abbreviation “STA” is required somewhere in the design, because it will be a temporary station.

Overall dimensions of the pictorial postmark must not exceed 4 inches horizontally by 2 inches vertically. Collectors prefer the dimensions 3-1/2 inches by 1.
