IMM Revision: New Contact Information for Requesting Postage Refunds from Foreign Countries

Effective March 3, 2014, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) section 941.32 to reflect new contact information for mailers requesting postage refunds from foreign countries.
