Beginning July 14, 2014, employees that have had no travel card activity in 24 months or more will be considered an infrequent traveler. The credit limit on infrequent traveler’s accounts will be lowered to one dollar. The following steps must be followed to request a credit limit increase if your credit limit is lowered to one dollar due to infrequent travel:
n Once travel is approved, send an email to the local travel card coordinator and attach the documentation approving the travel. This should be done as soon as possible to avoid delays in making travel arrangements. See the list of travel card program coordinators below.
