The sale of the Save Vanishing Species Semipostal stamps under the Multinational Species Conservation Funds Semipostal Stamp Act of 2013 (the Act) and related products has been reauthorized pursuant to Public Law 113-165. Public Law 113-165 amended the original language of the Act by increasing the minimum 2-year sales period for the Save Vanishing Species Semipostal stamps to a 6-year sales period.
The Postal Service™ has therefore determined to sell the Save Vanishing Species stamps until December 31, 2018. Effective immediately, all Post Offices™, stations, branches, and contract postal units should return to sale the Save Vanishing Species Semipostal stamp stock items listed in the table below. The items are also returned to sale at Stamp Fulfillment Services and the online postal stores at www.usps.com/store and www.ebay.com/stamps.
