Who Can Enroll

Only career employees are eligible to enroll in flexible spending accounts (FSAs) for 2015.

How to Enroll

Don’t wait until the last minute to enroll.

To use the web — the easiest way to use PostalEASE access the system in any of these ways:

n On the Internet at https://liteblue.usps.gov. Under “Employee Self Service,” select PostalEASE.

n At an employee self-service kiosk.

n On the intranet at http://blue.usps.gov. Under “Essential Links,” select PostalEASE.

To use the telephone, call the Employee Service Line at 877-477-3273, option 1.

If you cannot successfully complete your transaction using PostalEASE because of a medical condition or other reason, contact the Human Resources Shared Services Center (HRSSC) at 877-477-3273, option 5, for assistance.

How to Get Your Self-Service Password and USPS Personal Identification Number (PIN)

Use your Employee Identification number (EIN) and Self-Service password to access LiteBlue and PostalEASE via the web. Use your USPS® EIN and current 4-digit USPS PIN to conduct self-service transactions on the telephone using IVR. If you don’t know your Self-Service Password or USPS PIN, you can reset them using the Self-Service Profile (SSP) Application at http://ssp.usps.gov or via links provided on Blue and on the LiteBlue logon page.

Information is in the Mail

Mailings that provide an overview of how FSAs work and the advantages they offer are mailed to each career employee at his or her mailing address of record during the FSA Open Season. Also, the FSA BK1, Flexible Spending Accounts (November 2014), a booklet that explains plan policies and provisions in detail, and the FSA PostalEASE worksheet are posted on https://liteblue.usps.gov; they are no longer mailed to employees.
